Single-family homes – September 2013 - 14 sales
The NJMLS reports 14 closed sales in Mahwah in September. Of the homes that sold, the average list price was $713,443 and the average sold price was $670,714, which means that homes sold for approximately 94.011% of their list price. The average number of days on market for homes that sold was 64, down from 75 in August.

Condos/Townhouses – September 2013 - 21 sales
Twenty-one condominium/townhouse units sold in September, at an average list price of $330,775, and an average sold price of $333,857. The sale-price-to-list-price ratio was 100.932%. The units that sold averaged 46 days on the market.
