Mahwah Recreation Hosts 'Paddle Day' This Week
The Tuesday event will be held on Lake Henry, with canoes kayaks and life jackets provided by Ramsey Outdoor Stores.
MAHWAH, NJ — The recreation committee will host a "Paddle Day" on Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., officials announced.
Lake Henry — located "in the rear of Continental Soldiers Park" — will host the event, with Ramsey Outdoor Stores providing canoes, kayaks and life jacks for Mahwah residents to use free of charge.
All ages are welcome, but proof of residency is required to participate, officials said.
