A Rockland County man was caught with cocaine in Mahwah three times in three months, police say.

MAHWAH, NJ — After a New York man was charged with DWI and cocaine possession by Mahwah police on Friday, they discovered that it was the third time they'd arrested him on that charge in three months, they said.
