Meet The Candidates Running For Mahwah Office Later This Month
Two candidates nights will be held at the municipal center Oct. 25 and 26.

MAHWAH, N.J. — Two candidates nights will be held later on this month so voters can hear from the people running for seats on the Town Council and for mayor.
The council candidates will meet Oct. 25 from 7 to 10 p.m. The eight candidates running for three seats are: Karlito A. Almeda, Salvatore Enea, George W. Ervin, George W. Gares III, Jonathan N. Marcus, Steven Sbarra, Kem A. Spencer, and James Wysocki.
The three mayoral candidates, incumbent William Laforet, John F. Roth, and Jonathan S. Wong, will meet the next day from 7 to 10 p.m.

Both events will be in the Richard J. Martel Municipal Center at 475 Corporate Drive.
The candidates will introduce themselves and their platforms and answer questions already submitted by Mahwah residents. These are not debates and questions will not be accepted from the floor. There will be time after the questions to meet the candidates one-on-one.
