Bergen Man Told Teen He Had Nude Photos Of Her, Threatened To Send Them: Police
A Montvale man told a 17-year-old girl he had nude photos of her and would send them to people if she didn't give him more, police said.
MONTVALE, NJ —A Montvale man told a 17-year-old girl that he had nude photos of her and would send them to people if she didn't give him more, police said.
Chief Joseph Sanfilippo said Montvale Police arrested 19-year-old Cristian Lanius on March 23. Sanfilippo said police began investigating a report of a teen girl being harassed over text message in February.
"The actor claimed to have sexually explicit photos of the victim, and had threatened to send the photos to the victim’s Instagram followers, if she did not send him more photos," Sanfilippo said.

The teen told her parents, who then told police.
Lanius was charged with harassment and cyber harassment, Sanfilippo said.

He is being held at the Bergen County Jail.
