• Avid Fisherman Dies After Falling Into Lake At Darlington County Park In Mahwah (dailyvoice.com) — A frequent fisherman at Darlington County Park in Mahwah died Friday morning after an apparent medical episode caused him to fall into the park's non-swimming fishing lake. Mahwah police, EMS, county officers, and park lifeguards responded, with lifesaving efforts continuing en route to The Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. County officials offered condolences to his family and the park community.
