Pole-Vaulter Signs Letter Of Intent

Also, Mahwah lacrosse players plan to play in college

Senior Tyler Poland recently signed a National Letter of Intent after accepting an athletic scholarship to compete on the Track and Field team at Monmouth University. Tyler will graduate from Mahwah High School as a highly decorated pole-vaulter for the Thunderbirds and will enroll at Monmouth University in the fall of 2012.

Several MHS students also recently announced their intentions to play lacrosse in college.

Jason Floyd will play for Clarkson University; Michael Spera for Babson College; Paige Kelley for the Stevens Institute of Technology; Steven Reuther for Kenyon College; and Bob Collins for Choate-Rosemary Hall (University of Notre Dame 2013).
