Wegman's Opening Bergen County Store This Month

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Wegman's highly-anticipated Montvale store will open in two weeks.

The 108,000-square-foot store will open Sept. 24 as the anchor of the The Shoppes at DePiero Farm, a 28-acre, $125 million project. The store is going where the former DePiero’s Country Farm, a 91-year-old, family-owned business, was located.

Wegman's previously said it would hire hiring 450 local residents to work at the store, the company announced in January.

The store will feature a burger bar, coffee shop, organic salad bar and pizza shop.
