March for Life in Washington, D.C.

The Knights of Columbus and Manalapan Englishtown Right To Life are cosponsoring a bus to the March for Life in Washington, D.C. on Monday January 24, 2011.

The March will commence at a "to be determined" location and finish near the Capitol and Supreme Court area. Participants may then visit their Senators and Congressman and may sign in and may also request a meeting (although a request for a meeting would be better made before the March for Life). After this, the participants will report back to the bus for the return trip.

The cost is $10.00 per adult, and $5.00 per child twelve and under, and $25.00 per family. The bus leaves from the Yorktown Shopping Center at 6:30 a.m. and returns home at 10:00 p.m. It is advisable to bring both lunch and dinner usually consisting of sandwiches and desserts and drinks. A stop at a rest area will be made each way and a bathroom is provided on the bus.
