Professor Andrew Seth Meyer is a Professor of History at Brooklyn College, CUNY. He holds a PhD in East Asian Languages and Civilization from Harvard University, and has lived and studied in China and Japan for 5 years. To Rule All Under Heaven: A History of Classical China from Confucius to the First Emperor was just published by Oxford University Press.
