Charity Sports Equipment Drive - Saturday, December 13th

The Manalapan Baseball and Softball Association will hold their 2nd Annual Charity Sports Equipment Drive on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Xtreme Power Fitness, 5 Hamilton Street, Englishtown, from 8:30am – 12:00pm.

The league will be collecting all types of new or used sports equipment that will be donated to local children in Monmouth County.

“We launched the Charity Sports Equipment Drive last year as a way for our players and families to give back to the community,” stated Michael Melman, Vice President of Baseball for the Manalapan Baseball and Softball Association. “Donating sports equipment that players outgrow or is no longer needed can bring a smile to another child’s face who otherwise may not be able to afford equipment of their own.”
