MANALAPAN, NJ — A new handmade ice cream shop is set to host a Grand Opening event this fall.
Aunt Carrots Ice Cream, located at 345 U.S. 9 South, Suite 9 in Manalapan, will have a grand opening celebration on Friday, Oct. 9, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
During the opening celebration, the ice cream shop will have specials, contests, giveaways and plenty of handmade ice cream.

"Bring your family and friends, and come celebrate with us!" the shop said in an online post.
During the shop's grand opening, guests will also have the opportunity to meet owner Kara, who is also known as "Aunt Carrots" and try the ice cream she makes in store.
