Heroin, Marijuana Arrests In Manalapan CVS Parking Lot

A pair of teenagers were found with marijuana and heroin in the parking lot of the Manalapan CVS on Woodward Road last week, police said.

MANALAPAN, NJ — A pair of teenagers were found with marijuana and heroin in the parking lot of the Manalapan CVS last week, police reported.

As first reported in the Manalapan police blotter, the teens were arrested at 4 p.m. last Wednesday, Nov. 8 in the parking lot of the CVS at 120 Woodward Road in Manalapan. R.J. Beckford, 20, of Trenton, and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested.

Beckford was charge with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana. The 17-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of heroin, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released to a guardian.

In an unrelated incident, on Nov. 1, a 38-year-old Manalapan woman was charged with selling heroin. She was arrested by Manalapan police and State Police at an Oak Knoll home.
