Presentation For Manalapan Township Budget Set For Wednesday
The 2022 municipal budget presentation has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 27.
MANALAPAN, NJ — The presentation for the 2022 municipal budget has been scheduled for later this week, according to the council agenda.
The presentation will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Courtroom of Town Hall, 120 Route 522.
Last year's budget in Manalapan was $36.98 million, supported by a $25.18 million tax levy, $3.87 million in state aid and a $4 million appropriation from the surplus fund.

The average home was assessed at $460,978, and the municipal tax rate was projected to be 35.1 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, resulting in a $1,618 municipal tax bill for the owner.
The 2022 budget will be presented and discussed at the April 27 council meeting.
