VIDEO: Manalapan-Englishtown BOE Recognizes Faculty and Staff

On June 14 at Wemrock Brook School, the Manalapan-Englishtown Board of Education recognized the contributions and commitment of staff members during an “Evening of Excellence.” The event celebrated faculty and staff members of the year who went above and beyond their job duties, as well as this year's retirees.

Superintendent, Dr. John J. Marciante, Jr, provided some amazing facts and statistics about this year’s retirees. Combined, they have devoted 725 years of service to the district and an average of 29 years of service per individual.

“The range [of years of service] was 17 to 45. On a personal note the person with the 45 [Anna Snyder] drove me to school as a bus driver. I just think it’s incredible data about the amount of time and effort people have given to this community,” said Marciante.
