Belmar Curfew Now 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

All polling locations moved to Borough Hall

Belmar on Saturday announced that beginning Sunday the curfew would be moved back an hour to 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The curfew, officials said, will remain in effect until further notice. 

Currently six bucket trucks are deployed in the borough working on restoring power, officials said in a release.

The Red Cross Canteen is serving hot meals is at Belmar Elementary School, 1101 Main Street, the release says. 

And with Election Day being Tuesday, Nov. 6, the borough has moved all polling locations to Borough Hall,  601 Main Street, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
