Manasquan Good Samaritan Helps Police Save Man's Life In Wall
The man had no pulse and wasn't breathing, but a Manasquan woman started CPR while first responders were on their way.

WALL, NJ — A Manasquan woman is being praised for her efforts after she helped save the life of a man who collapsed at a Wall grocery store earlier this month
Tina Manco of Manasquan is being hailed as a Good Samaritan after she started life-saving efforts on the 61-year-old man.
Wall Capt. Greg Carpino said Patrolman Mark Daugherty and Patrolman Chris Roeck responded to a first aid call at the Foodtown on Route 35 about noon on Feb. 4.

There they found Manco performing CPR on the man, who had collapsed in the store. He had no pulse and was not breathing, Carpino said.
Daugherty and Roeck continued the lifesaving efforts, and with the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator).

Wall Township Police EMS, South Wall Fire Rescue and MONOC Paramedics arrived and assisted, and through the combined efforts, the man regained both a pulse and consciousness at the scene.
He was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment and was subsequently released, Carpino said.
