Hello Fellow Patch readers tis the season to over due to spend to much credit card cash or to fill up on Holiday party goodies.So as many of you know we are nearing the end of 2013 and it is time to look back. I will start by saying 2013 was a year of endings and I hope 2014 will be a year of begins, lets look back at our state and it overall heath the governor is losing weight, state employees are also but not due to a diet just cuts in services and pay. The death rate of people under 50 has hit a high almost equal to the times of wars, People are losing their homes due to a bad financial time, the schools are falling behind in teaching our children good skills and allowing them to enter college on a even playing field. So this time of year when we look back check out this question?
