Drug Charges, DWI, Using Explosives: Manchester Arrests/Police Blotter

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township police released police blotter for the weeks of Sept. 3 through Sept. 15.

There were a pair of people charged with driving while intoxicated, several warrant arrests and drug charges filed.

The arrests are as follows and include name, age, hometown, the charge, who arrested them and whether they received a summons or were taken to the county jail. In some instances the site of the arrest is included.

Sept. 3

Christopher Donato, 18, of Manchester, on a charge of using explosives, arrested on Southhampton Boulevard by Patrolman S. Wendruff; released with a summons

Devin A. Wingender, 24, of Manchester, on a CDS charge, by Patrolman G. Reilly; released with a summons

Sept. 5

Gary W. McCarthy, 51, of Manchester, on CDS and weapons charges, by Patrolman R. Saul; released with a summons

Leiloni Rodriguez, 21, of Manchester, on a warrant and a charge of resisting arrest, by Patrolman K. Douglas; turned over to Wall Township PD

Sept. 6

Christian E. Carney, 19, of Manchester, on a CDS charge, by Patrolman A. Iliadis; released with a summons

Sept. 9

Freddy Diaz-Navarro, 24, of Jackson, on a DWI charge on Ridgeway Road, by Patrolman K. Rickvalsky; released with a summons

Sept. 10

Michael Kibitlewski Jr., 25, of Barnegat, on a warrant, by Patrolman G. Reilly; turned over to Stafford PD

Sept. 11

Claudio A. Lopez, 37, of Millville, on a warrant, by Patrolman G. Reilly; taken to Ocean County Jail but later released

Sept. 12

Nicole A. Kobilis, 35, of Manchester, on a CDS charge, by Patrolman P. Manco; released with a summons

Sept. 13

Michael S. Shecton, 25, of Manchester, on a warrant, by Patrolman R. Conklin; taken to Ocean County Jail but later released

Sept. 14

Michael J. Renda, 46, of Jackson, on a warrant, by Patrolman V. Raub; released on bail

Lauren T. McCall, 37, of South Toms River, on a CDS charge, by Patrolman K. Rickvalsky; released with a summons

Sept. 15

William J. Ciccone III, 44, of Coaldale, PA, on DWI and CDS charges, at Routes 70 and 539, by Patrolman M. Steffen; released with a summons
