Today in Manchester:

The Manchester Township Council meeting, normally held on the second and fourth Monday of the month, will be held Tuesday, because of the Columbus Day holiday on Monday.

That meeting is scheduled to include a vote to rescind a previous resolution involving an agreement with the developers of the Jackson Trails on construction of a 12-inch water main as a condition of applying for a Pinelands Infrastructure Trust Fund grant.

The council meeting is the only main governmental body meeting this week. The zoning board of adjustment meets at the end of the month.
