Manchester Extends Outdoor Dining Permits
With indoor capacity still limited to 25 percent, the temporary permits to allow outdoor seating are being extended.
MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Council has approved an extension of permits to allow its restaurants to continue to offer outdoor dining during the coronavirus pandemic.
The extension, approved at Tuesday's council meeting, amended a June resolution that created the temporary permits. At that time, the permits were set to expire Nov. 30.
The amended resolution makes the permits valid until March 31, 2021. It also reinstates permit fees, which had been waived when the temporary permits were created.
