Manchester Man Threatened To Kill Ex-Girlfriend, Shoot Up Pa. College: Report

Breaking: He also threatened to kill male friend of the West Chester student, mail the friend's head to the Howell woman, report said.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A Manchester Township man is being held in a Pennsylvania jail on charges he threatened to kill a New Jersey woman and shoot up the college she attends, according to a report.

Jamie Zannino, 21, of Manchester, was arrested Dec. 8 by Manchester police on a warrant, Manchester Township police blotter shows. The nature of the warrant was not released by Manchester police, but according to a report in the Daily Local, Zannino threatened the woman, identified as his ex-girlfriend, through numerous texts messages and in phone calls.

Zannino is facing two counts of terroristic threats, three counts of harassment, and one count of stalking, according to court documents from Chester County, PA, where Zannino was charged. He is being held in lieu of $175,000 bail at the Chester County Jail in West Chester, PA.

According to the Daily Local, Zannino sent the woman, a Howell Township resident and student at West Chester University, a number of text messages threatening to kill her and threatening to “shoot up the whole school if he had to.”

“Your dead (sic) … if you won’t be with me I’ll make you,” the Daily Local reported. The website also reported Zannino threatened to kill a male friend of the woman and mail the friend's head to her and have a scavenger hunt for his body parts.

Zannino, who is a member of the hardcore metal band When Blood Comes Ashore, also posted a photo on Facebook just days before his arrest of a soldier with the words, "Always carry a knife with you, in case there's cheesecake or you meet someone who needs to be stabbed."
