Manchester Township Offices Closing Early On Feb. 20
The township's municipal court is closing early as well, officials said, as roads get slick.

MANCHESTER, NJ — Manchester Township offices are closing early on Wednesday as snowfall and chilly temperatures are making travel slippery.
The township announced the early closure of municipal offices and said municipal court will be closed as well for the remainder of the day on Wednesday.
The winter storm that prompted a state of emergency declaration by Gov. Phil Murphy began depositing snow across much of Ocean County sometime after 9 a.m. and roads have become increasingly slick, with police departments and emergency management offices urging drivers to slow down and use caution.

Manchester police were dealing with a crash that has created traffic hassles on Route 70 at Ridgeway Road, and were asking motorists to avoid the area until at least 2:30 p.m.
