Mobile Home, Zoning Map Ordinance Votes Postponed In Manchester
Substantial changes are proposed for the Manchester Township mobile home ordinance, but the second reading has been pushed back.

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Council postponed action on two ordinances on Monday night that would make changes to the township's zoning map and its mobile home rules, because the changes have to be reviewed by the Planning Board.
The ordinances were scheduled for a second reading and vote, but Council President Roxanne Conniff said the planning board lacked a quorum for its last meeting.
The next planning board meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. June 5 at the municipal building, 1 Colonial Drive.
