Motorcyclist Suffers Leg Injury In Manchester Crash
The motorcyclist was injured in a crash that happened as he tried to avoid a car that pulled out in front of him, police said.

MANCHESTER, NJ — A motorcyclist suffered a leg injury Saturday in a crash that happened when he was trying to avoid a vehicle that pulled out in front of him on Manchester Boulevard near Lakewood Avenue, police said.
Mark Britt, 32, of Manchester, was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune with a leg injury and was listed in stable condition, Manchester Capt. Vincent Manco said.
Britt, who was wearing a helmet, was riding a 2011 Honda motorcycle on Manchester Boulevard when an unknown vehicle pulled out in front of him, causing him to swerve around the vehicle, Manco said.

When Britt's motorcycle returned to the travel lane, he braked and started to skid but hit the back end of a 2011 Subaru Legacy driven by Jordan Quigley, 25, of Whiting, Manco said.
Quigley was stopped on Manchester Boulevard waiting to make a left turn, Manco said. She was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured, he said.

Assisting at the scene were members of the Whiting Volunteer Fire Department, Paramedics from Robert Wood Johnson, and EMTs with the Manchester Emergency Medical Services.
