MANCHESTER, NJ — Ridgeway Road is closed Wednesday morning after a crash late Tuesday night that brought down wires, Manchester Township police said. Ridgeway Road is closed in both directions between Route 70 and Beacon Street, police said. Police said intermittent power outages were possible because of the downed lines, affecting residents of Richard Estates, Oak Knoll Estates, Leisure Ridge, and surrounding areas.
