Seaside Heights Cop Saves A Life With Narcan, Report Says

The call came a little after 2 a.m. on April 6. A distraught woman at the Dry Dock Motel had called 911, fearing her friend might have overdosed on heroin, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.
