Bomb Squad Investigates Suspicious Item In Manville Car
Multiple Manville locals were also arrested on different charges including DWI, harassment, simple assault and more: police blotter.

MANVILLE, NJ — Manville Police, Somerset County Sheriff's Office and the New Jersey State Police Bomb Squad responded to Adesa on North Main Street for a report of a suspicious item left inside a vehicle on Oct. 11 at 11:12 a.m., police report.
The item was deemed not suspicious and no further investigation was conducted, police reported.

On Oct. 9 at 11:57 a.m.: A resident of Wyoming Place reports a scam. He is selling his vehicle on Craigslist and received three separate checks from three unknown individuals residing outside New Jersey. They are asking him to cash the checks and mail back the remaining amount using Western Union. No monetary loss. Incident is a matter of record. Confirmed it to be a scam.
On Oct. 9 at 5:09 p.m.: Following an investigation at Walmart, Darrelle Brown, 27, of Manville was arrested on two active warrants from the Union County Sheriff's Department and Middlesex Borough. Union County Sheriff's Department responds and took custody of Brown.

On Oct. 10 at 2:08 p.m.: Following an investigation on Huff Avenue, a Manville resident (currently living in California) is charged with disorder conduct.
On Oct. 12 at 7:50 a.m.: During a dispute, patrols arrest a Manville resident for simple assault. He was processed and released.
On Oct. 12 at 9:32 p.m.: As a result of a motor vehicle stop, patrols subsequently arrest Kirill Kush, 22, of Somerset for an outstanding Raritan warrant. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released.
On Oct. 13 at 9:12 p.m.: Following an investigation of South Main Street, patrols subsequently arrest Brad Badore, 34, of Lebanon for an outstanding warrant from Greenwich Township. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released.
On Oct. 13 at 10:14 p.m.: As a result of a motor vehicle stop, patrols subsequently arrest Jorge Montero-Tencio, 45, of Manville for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed, charged and released.
On Oct. 14 at 8:02 p.m.: Patrols respond to Walmart on the report of a shoplifting. Patrols subsequently arrest Michael Siebert, 42, of Manville for shoplifting. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed, charged and transported to the Somerset County Jail.
On Oct. 15 at 7:10 p.m.: A Manville resident was charged with harassment following a dispute on West Camplain Road. Accused was processed and released.
