2021 FINAL TAX RATE 2.957 In 2021, the value of the average home in Manville is $264,923.  Based on the final tax rates, the average homeowner in Manville will pay approximately $7,834 in total property taxes.  Of this amount, $2,587 will go to the municipality to provide the services that you, the resident, benefit from including police protection, infrastructure maintenance, garbage collection, recreational programming and many other services; $4,193 will go to the School District to educate our future leaders; the remaining $1,054 will go to the County.
