Linus Is Hillsborough's Pet Of The Week

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Meet Linus! He has been chosen as Hillsborough Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate your pet for Manville's Pet of the Week!

"Linus Limoncello is a special pet with a unique look. We adopted Linus in 2013 from Pets Alive in Middletown, New York.

He, his mom and seven siblings were rescued from Puerto Rico. He is the sweetest guy but tries really hard to sound like a guard dog. He gets strange looks everywhere we go because of his large body and short little legs with turned-out feet.

He's brought lots of love and happiness to our family and he is unforgettable. Linus' favorite food is pizza and he enjoys long walks in our neighborhood."

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
