HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Meet Sophia and Declan! They have been chosen as Hillsborough Patch's Pet Of The Week. Nominate Your Pet For Manville's Pet Of The Week!

"Here is Sophia (Wheaten Brindle) a 7 year old Irish wolfhound and Declan (Black) an almost 2 year old Irish wolfhound our gentle giants. They are part of our family and our protectors.

Sophia and Declan love to go camping, to go on walks, and just to be with the family. We have had both of them since they were puppies. They are very happy and energetic dogs. They also love traveling in our Motorhome. They have been to South Carolina, Maine and all around New Jersey.

They cause attraction where ever they go because of their size and they are just SO CUTE!!! They have enriched our lives."

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
