Somerset County Ticket Wins $332K Jersey Cash 5 Jackpot

MANVILLE, NJ — Check your tickets! One lucky ticket sold in Somerset County matched all five numbers drawn winning the $332,584 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Sunday, Nov. 25 drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at Krauszers, 807 S. Main St., in Manville. The winning numbers were: 11, 14, 16, 36 and 39 and the XTRA number was: 2.

“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at Krauszers. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more ‘lucky location’ for the very fortunate lottery winner," said Acting Executive Director James Carey.

There were 354,994 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn.

For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 51 ticketholders won $604 each and 7 others won $1,208 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 1,950 ticketholders won $16 each and 338 others won $32 each with the addition of XTRA.

Lastly 4,412 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
