Pennisi will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 40 sales agents serving communities in Essex, Morris and Union counties.

Pennisi is a seven-year real estate sales professional whose award-winning career has included local and national recognition. He earned a New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR) Circle of Excellence Sales Award for his outstanding sales in 2010, and was honored as Associate of the Month with Coldwell Banker in Summit, where he served as agent since 2006. Pennisi has earned several real estate designations; he is an e-Pro specially-trained in online marketing, an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, adept at assisting and addressing the needs of buyers and sellers age 55 and older.

He is actively involved in the community as a member of the New Providence Zoning Board of Adjustment and serves on a number of industry committees. Pennisi is chairman of the NJAR Technology Committee and co-chair of the NJAR Young Professionals Network. He is also a member of the NJAR Strategic Planning Committee and Communications & Public Relations Committee.
Prior to his real estate career, Pennisi worked as an office engineer in the granite construction/contracting industry. He majored in management and international economics at Seton Hall University, studied international business at Richmond University of London and took international economics courses at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. Active in his community, Pennisi coaches young players at Excel Basketball Camp in New Providence.
