A Summer Reading Club of Our Own

Summer Reading Clubs are not just for kids anymore!

Novel Destinations Adult Summer Reading Program

You know the Summer Reading Club, that fun summer ritual for the kids? Well, this summer, adults will have their own. Novel Destinations is open to adults 18 and older, with programs, give-aways, book discussions, and prizes.

Registration is underway, we’re keeping it casual, and here’s how it will work: Register at the circulation desk at either Main Library or Hilton Branch and you‘ll receive a bookmark, a library card holder and Reading Log. Keep track of the books you read, the audiobooks you listen to, even the movies you watch. Every adult who turns in a completed (by which I mean you read/listened to at least one thing) Reading Log by Friday, August 12 will receive a Novel Destinations browsing bag and will be entered into a grand prize raffle drawing. Pretty easy, no? All you really need is a valid Maplewood Library Card, which is also easy.

There are Novel Destinations Programs too. There is no pre-registration needed, and they are free for adults over 18. Check out one or more of these.
