Carmelized vegetables make an easy & delicious real food snack or side dish

In this post I am sharing a recent video that was shot as part of a series for eHOW.com. These vegetables make a great side dish and also a great snack. When you want something savory try thinking of this as a REAL FOOD substitute for chips (I know it's not chips but it can satisfy that urge for a salty snack or side) that will give your body nourishment and taste great.
