Gogo Grocer Mobile Grocery Truck at AvalonBay Maplewood -- Weekly Tuesday Visits

Gogo Grocer, a Cranford-based mobile grocery service, visits AvalonBay Communities in Maplewood every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Residents can shop for fresh produce, pantry staples and specialty grocery products without leaving their community. The service is free to use -- no delivery fees, no membership, no app required to buy. Walk up to the truck and shop, or browse and order ahead in the Gogo Grocer iOS app.Inventory comes from three local New Jersey partners: Mini Market Zoyatla, a Mexican supermarket in Roselle Park, supplies fresh produce. Lakay Deli and Grocery, a Caribbean and African grocer in Irvington, supplies pantry staples and shelf essentials. Ahkils Autism Foundation supplies spinach, mixed greens and microgreens grown by people with autism. Foot traffic doubled between week one and week two of the launch. Come check it out on Tuesday.
