Concerts by the Bay with the Garden State Symphonic Band

Concerts by the Bay will present a FREE, family-friendly performance by the professional Garden State Symphonic Band as they continue their 2026 Sunday afternoon concert series on Sunday, July 19 at 3:00 PM. Conductor Ginny Johnston, of Maplewood, will lead the 32-member ensemble featuring marches, classical music by Rimsky-Korsakov, highlights from the movie "Frozen", the beloved music from a "Charlie Brown" TV specials and American standards and pop favorites sung by guest vocalist Scott McGowan. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the scenery at Bayview Park in Perth Amboy. If inclement weather, the concert will be held indoors at the nearby Jankowski Center.
