Sign up for the Adult School's Evening in the Gardens, a tour of the Rutgers Gardens led by Director Bruce Crawford, and enjoy an evening of refreshments and a lively tour of the grounds on June 14th from 6pm to 8:30pm. Learn about some of the plants currently in bloom and gain interesting insights into where and how to grow some of the site’s more unusual plants in your own backyard.
After studying Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, Crawford spent the next twenty-three years running a small garden design firm. He became the Director of Rutgers Gardens six years ago because he wanted to share his knowledge of gardening and the advantages of plants and design with a wider audience.
