The Famous Maplewood Garden Club Plant Sale
2011 marks the 74th anniversary of the Maplewood Garden Club’s Annual Plant Sale, known around the state as the best plant sale of the year. All proceeds go back to the community for supporting students and education in environmental studies, beautifying the Township, stimulating interest in gardening and other horticultural pursuits. The plant material is exceptional - annuals, perennials, woodland plants, herbs, vegetables, heirloom tomatoes, hanging baskets, member-grown plants and houseplants - below market prices. Friendly and knowledgeable Club members are on hand to give help and advice. The sale opens Thursday, May 5th (Noon to 8pm), and continues Friday, May 6th, (8am to 8pm) and Saturday, May 7th, (8am to 4pm). Rain or shine!
