Pig Business: The Film MOL/flyer/Bar
Pig Business charts the rise of factory farming in the USA and its spread into Europe. Filmmaker, mother and environmentalist Tracy Worcester takes us from the intensive, foreign owned pig factories to the sausages on our supermarket shelves. The economic dominance of this type of production comes with high hidden costs to the animals, residential neighbors, human health and rural livelihoods.
A discussion will follow with pastured pork farmers Kevin and Rebecca Kemmerer of Stone Creek Farm in Mount Bethel, PA.
