DR. JOYCE CROWLEY is a Professor of Public Policy at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers. She is also a member of the Graduate Faculty and the Political Science Department, as well as an Affiliated Faculty Member of the Department of Women’s and Gender Studies. She has written extensively on the topic of family policy, including her book The Politics of Child Support in America.
