WordPlay. Grades 2-5. 6 sessions. Saturdays, Sept. 24th-Oct. 29th, 2011. 10:30 - 11:45 am. Cost: $120. Have fun with writing and word play through engaging activities and games such as Bananagrams and magnetic poetry.

The Writers Cafe. Grades 3-6. 12 sessions. Tuesdays, Sept. 20th – Dec. 6th, 2011. 4:30 to 5:45 pm. Cost: $240. Engage with and enjoy the writing process through imaginative exercises, free writing time, and sharing.

Students in both classes will have their writing included in The Writers Cafe Express, our class book, available for an additional $10 charge.

Teacher: Ellen Dreyer, a published and award-winning author and editor, has been teaching creative writing to children for 20 years.
