FROM RAGS TO ROMANCE: A RECITAL BY DEBORAH BUCK, RENOWNED VIOLINIST
You are invited to join us for a magnificent evening of music for violin and piano. Deborah Buck has built a strong career as chamber musician, concertmaster and soloist. She is the first violinist of the LARK Quartet and the Concertmaster of the Brooklyn Philharmonic. Deborah was educated at the Julliard School as a Starling Scholar of Dorothy DeLay and at USC as a student of Robert Lipsett (where she was the recipient of the Jascha Heifetz Violin Prize). She is the Co- Executive Director of the Kinhaven Music School in Weston, Vermont. Deborah and her family live in Maplewood. The evening includes refreshments and a brief business meeting prior to the concert.
