HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was spoken to rudely and with complete disrespect as the owner claimed I had no idea what I was talking about. Upon asking for correction or a refund, she was angered even more. Went to a more reputable salon for correction and they were horrified by the job done at Bonnie Rappel.
