Is it best to replace or refinish my bathtub and tile?

This will depend on many factors, such as how much time you have for this project and your budget constraints. We recommend completely replacing tiles and the tub for a long-term higher-quality job instead of refinishing, which is akin to putting a bandage on a wound.
