BREAKING: N.J. Teen Crashed Into Porsche, Killing Man: Cops

The teen reportedly lost control, crossed the center median and slammed into a westbound 2007 Porsche Cayman before landing on its roof.

An 18-year-old New Jersey woman lost control of a Ford Escape and struck a Porsche, killing the driver, police said.

The crash happened about 10 p.m. Sunday after Kevin J. Klein, 59, of Connecticut was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the Hartfort Courant

Erica S. Weinman, 18, of New Jersey was driving a 2014 Ford Escape east in the left lane of I-84 in Connecticut when she lost control, crossed the center median and slammed into a westbound 2007 Porsche Cayman before landing on its roof, according to nj.com.

Klein’s passenger, Susan Anthony-Klein, 55, was transported to Waterbury Hospital with possible injuries, according to the reports.

Weinman and her passenger, Brandon A. Findel, also 18 and from Colts Neck, were brought to St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury with possible injuries, the reports said.

All four occupants of the two cars had been wearing seatbelts, and both cars were heavily damaged, the reports said.
