Burglary on Fulling Mill Lane in Colts Neck

In addition to the massive Colts Neck house party​ over the weekend, police are investigating a burglary on Fulling Mill Lane.

Colts Neck, NJ - In addition to the massive Colts Neck house party that made headlines over the weekend —where a man was found stabbed and an underage girl was found intoxicated and unconscious — Colts Neck police are investigating a house burglary that occurred on Fulling Mill Lane.

At approximately 10 p.m. on June 20th, police were dispatched to a burglar alarm coming from a Fulling Mill Lane residence. Upon arrival, officers found that the home had been forcibly entered through a rear garage door, while the home was unoccupied and the homeowner was out of town. The unknown perpetrator(s) fled the scene before any proceeds could betaken.

The house party occurred Saturday night on Freemont Lane, and had more than 500 people in attendance. Neighbors were complaining about noise. The man who was stabbed, 24, was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune where he is listed in stable condition. The underage teenage girl, 16, was taken to CentraState Medical Center in Freehold.
