Burglary in Marlboro Township Friday, Police Say

A local Marlboro Township man has been charged with stealing gold jewelry and gift cards from an apartment.

Marlboro Township, NJ - A local Marlboro Township man has been charged with breaking into his next-door neighbor's apartment and stealing gold jewelry and gift cards, police said.

Dominick Tardo, 23, broke into an apartment in a building on North Main Street (Rt. 79) on Friday, June 10, police said. He lives in another unit in the same building, which is located across the street from the Marlboro Fire Department and near Crown Palace Chinese restaurant.

Tardo took several pieces of gold jewelry and gift cards out of the apartment, police charge.
