
The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in our body in which energy flows through. Blocked energy in our 7 Chakras can often lead to health issues, feeling of unease, anxiety etc.
Sounds can help balance these energy centers.
Using sage, we will begin the workshop by cleansing our energy to release any negativity.

Moving into the meditation using Bija Mantras (one syllable words) and Yantras (shapes), we will aim to balance our chakras to create calm and peace within. This is a guided meditation and can be done seated or lying down.
Pranayama to help inspire and transform, as well as draw the mind within will be included.
