Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Marlboro/Manalapan Hosts Community Shredding Event And Food Drive For Cares Day

MARLBORO/MANALAPAN, N.J. – (June 17, 2015) – Volunteers from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marlboro/Manalapan recently hosted a community shredding event and food drive for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day. Non-perishable food was donated by members of the community who made use of the free and secure document shredding. The food drive benefitted the Freehold Area Open Door Food Pantry

All 55 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. gave back to local communities throughout both states via charitable efforts as part of the third annual Cares Day event. Each office selected a Cares Day project, which included park clean-ups, pet adoptions, food drives, document shredding events, quality time spent with nursing home residents, and more.

In total, 637 affiliated Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents volunteered a combined 2,064 hours during Cares Day. They collected multiple carloads of food and numerous pet supplies, along with more than $6,600 in financial donations.
